Lowdown Roadster

A super simple roadster featuring a front cowel off a model A, hand made side and rear panels and a simple square tube frame with buggy sprung suspension. A Pinto 4 cylinder would make plenty of power for this cut down rod, and top it off with a pair of seats made from a cut up whisky barrel. Now thats hot rodding.

Pen and ink with watercolor on 140# hot press watercolor paper.

My Attempts at Abstract Art

Dandelion Abstraction Number One
by Michael Squier

This painting was created in an abstract class that my wife Rita was teaching.  I really enjoyed the freedom of not being restricted to any reality or pre-described lines.  The only true restriction was to shape the dandelion heads round.  This was done with masking fluid,  the rest is just wet color and creativity.  The size is 11" x 15" on 140 lb. watercolor paper.

This painting is for sale in my Etsy shop:
or you can find it directly by clicking here.
